A College of Political Science appearance in the international conference on national dialogue and community peace

In the presence of the Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and a number of ministers, security officials, heads of diplomatic missions and representatives of international organizations operating in Iraq, the international conference on “national dialogue and community peace” was held at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, 12/15/2021. The conference witnessed the participation of the University of Mosul – College of Political Science – represented by: 1- Assistant Professor Dr. Tarek Mohamed Tayeb Zaher, Dean of the College of Political Sciences. 2- Assistant Professor Dr. Ziad Samir Zaki, Head of the Public Policy Branch at the college. 3- Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Ezzo Hamdo. The conference opened with a speech by His Excellency the Prime Minister, in which he stressed the necessity of adhering to the Iraqi national identity, the sovereignty of peaceful coexistence, national dialogue and respect for the other. Dr. Tariq Muhammad Tayeb also spoke about the dangers of recruiting children into terrorist organizations. As well as a number of research papers and field studies delivered by professors, officials and researchers from various universities, institutions, and international and local research centers.
