Publication of a joint scientific research in a peer – reviewed journal…………………………Al-Isra University Journal published in its fourteenth issue a joint scientific research by Prof. Dr. Emad Khalil Ibrahim, a faculty member in the international relations branch of our college, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Muhammad Matar, professor of international relations at Al-Israa University in occupied Palestine. The study aimed to shed light on the most prominent Israeli violations of the health rights of the residents of the Gaza Strip during the 2021 aggression, and to research the mechanisms of possible and assumed international responsibility resulting from the aggression. The study came out with several results, most notably “that the Israeli occupation authorities bear internationalresponsibility for their violations of the rules ofgeneral international law and the rules of humanitarian law, and the possibility of moving international responsibility against (Israel) before the International Court of Jstice for the crime of genocide, provided that Palestine accepts the jurisdiction of the court, as well as the possibility of moving international responsibility against (Israel) before a third country according to international jurisdiction.
