Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Abdullah Al-Jubouri, a lecturer in the Department of Public Policy, participated in the International Scientific Conference on Genocide against the Kurdistan People (Genocide of the Filib Kurdish) with a joint research paper titled: “Genocide of the Filib Kurds and Its Consequences.”

Genocide is considered a crime as it is committed against human groups due to their racial, ethnic, or religious differences. Throughout history, numerous crimes have been committed against diverse human groups, leaving destructive effects on their cultural, biological, and existential structures.
