The College of Political Science organizes its scientific symposium titled “(Nineveh Governorate Council: Realities and Challenges)”
In light of the results of the December 2023 elections and the formation of the councils of Iraqi governorates, and given the political blocs and the opportunities and challenges facing these councils, especially the Nineveh Governorate Council, the College of Political Science, in collaboration with the Iraqi Association for Political Science and the College of Law at the University of Mosul, will hold its scientific symposium titled “(Nineveh Governorate Council: Realities and Challenges)” in the discussion hall of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The speakers at the symposium will include:
1. Mr. Abdullah Al-Najafi – Member of the Nineveh Governorate Council
2. Iryan Mahdi Haji – Member of the Nineveh Governorate Council
3. Dr. Firas Elias – College of Political Science / University of Mosul and a member of the Administrative Board of the Iraqi Association for Political Science
4. Dr. Mohammed Izzat – College of Law / University of Mosul
5. Dr. Ali Agawan – College of Political Science / University of Mosul
