The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul won the university’s chess championship (female category)
On Wednesday,16 October 2024, the team was represented by Manal Noufal Ibrahim (third-year), Ghadeer Ali Al-Hadi, and Alaa Tariq (second-year), under the supervision of Dr. Omar Abdulaziz Al-Zubaidi, the head of the Student Activities Division. The team achieved victory after defeating their counterparts from the College of Petroleum Engineering.
The championship was held under the auspices of the university president, overseen by the Department of Student Activities, and hosted by the Geography Department at the College of Education for Humanities.
