The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul held a training course for its staff on combating financial and administrative corruption
The course, conducted on Sunday, 3 November 2024, included heads of departments and managers of scientific and administrative divisions and units. It featured two lectures delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Salem Ali and Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Muaid Younis.
The course discussed the role of international strategies in combating administrative and financial corruption and their application within university institutions. It aimed to introduce the concepts of transparency and integrity, emphasizing their importance as tools for combating corruption in educational institutions.
The course was held under the sponsorship and presence of the college dean, with the administrative deputy present, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit.
