The Supervisory Committee for Dormitories at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, held a coordination meeting on Tuesday, 19 November 2024.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of the Committee, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Maysar Fathi. Discussions focused on the possibility of conducting five actual visits by each subcommittee, completing the procedures for facilitation letters, and documenting the visits in a formal manner. Emphasis was also placed on delivering an advisory lecture in the dormitory. Additionally, it was agreed to finalize completion orders after the visits and to ensure genuine and effective follow-up with students residing in the dormitories.
