The meeting focused on reviewing and evaluating the submitted scientific research in accordance with the Scientific Promotion Instructions No. 167 of 2017. It also included a follow-up on the administrative procedures related to the completion of promotion requirements, with an emphasis on adhering to the scientific and legal regulations governing this crucial academic process.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of the Committee, Professor Dr. Adnan Khalaf Hamid, with the attendance of the Promotions Unit Officer (Committee Secretary), Assistant Lecturer Basma Mohammed Nadhir, along with the other committee members.
