College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Holds a Conference to Discuss Fourth-Year Students’ Graduation Research
On Monday, 14 April 2025, the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul held a conference to discuss the graduation research of fourth-year students for the academic year 2024–2025 .
During the conference, six research papers were discussed, addressing topics such as poverty in Iraq, the role of political parties in shaping policies, parliamentary investigation committees, strategies to counter extremism, and Arab and international stances on the events in Gaza. The students were evaluated by the college’s faculty members.
The discussions were held under the patronage and presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayyib Zaher, along with the scientific and administrative assistants, and a number of faculty members. The head of the Public Policy Department moderated the discussions.
These discussions are part of the academic requirements for undergraduate students.
