Conclusion of the Fourth International Scientific Conference on the Paths After the Al-Aqsa Flood

The activities of the Fourth International Scientific Conference, titled: “Paths After the Al-Aqsa Flood Locally, Regionally, and Internationally,” organized by the Colleges of Political Science and Law at the University of Mosul and the Al-Ameed Institute for Graduate Studies, concluded on Sunday, 27 April 2025. The conference was held from 24 to 27 April 2025.

The conference featured thirty research papers, presented both in-person and online by researchers from various Iraqi universities, as well as Arab researchers from Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, and Algeria, across five academic sessions.

The conference aimed to analyze the repercussions of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” at the local, regional, and international levels, and to explore future trajectories of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict by providing solid scientific insights that support decision-makers and enhance academic and political awareness of current Arab issues.

The conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Abdul Yasser Al-Aboudi, under the supervision of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and with the follow-up of the deans of the organizing entities.
