Assignment of a Faculty Member from the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, as Director of the Center for Regional Studies – The Dean Extends Congratulations
The official university order has been issued assigning Dr. Tariq Mohammed Tayyib Dhahir, Assistant Professor and faculty member of the Department of International Relations at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, as Director of the Center for Regional Studies, effective 22 May 2025.
Dr. Dhahir is regarded as one of the prominent and distinguished academic figures, known for his high expertise and competence. He has previously held numerous academic and administrative responsibilities at the levels of academic divisions and departments, and even at the deanery level. This new assignment comes as a recognition of his continued contributions and a culmination of a distinguished career filled with outstanding academic and societal achievements.
On this occasion, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sohaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, on behalf of the College Council and all its faculty and staff members, extends heartfelt congratulations, wishing him continued success and excellence, God willing.
