The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul held a special ceremony to honor the top three graduates from both the morning and evening studies for the academic year 2024–2025

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and in the presence of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Saliwa, and under the supervision and attendance of the Dean of the College of Political Science, the honoring ceremony for the top three graduates of both morning and evening programs for the academic year 2024–2025 was held on Thursday, 10 July 2025.
This event falls under the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education.
The ceremony commenced with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the College, who also supervised the event. This was followed by a speech delivered on behalf of the graduates by the top-ranking student of both programs. Subsequently, the honoring proceedings took place, during which the outstanding graduates were recognized. We proudly mention their names as follows:

The top graduate of the evening program: Diyar Naamo Najman, with a grade of Excellent.

The top graduate of the morning program: Swidlana Korkis Khoshaba, with a grade of Very Good.

The second top graduate of the evening program: Mohammed Mahmoud Younis, with a grade of Very Good.

The second top graduate of the morning program: Israa Saeed Abdullah, with a grade of Very Good.

The third top graduate of the evening program: Rami Elias Samaan, with a grade of Very Good.

The third top graduate of the morning program: Athraa Thaer Abduljabbar, with a grade of Very Good.
The ceremony was organized and arranged by Professor Dr. Jamal Kamal Ismail, a faculty member of the Department of Public Policy. The event was hosted by the Head of the Media and Government Communication Division, Senior Chief Engineer Hassan Younis Abdullah.
In attendance were several members of the College Council, a group of faculty members, staff, and students, in addition to the families of the honored graduates.
