The College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Attends a Workshop Held by the Department of Studies and Planning on the Times Ranking and How to Fill Out Sustainable Development Tables
The Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Mosul held a workshop on the Times Ranking and how to fill out sustainable development tables. The workshop was attended by the heads of relevant units and sustainable development liaison members from the various colleges, on Monday, 7 July 2025.
Representing the College of Political Science, Senior Translator Assistant Omar Abdullah Khalil was present.
The workshop discussed the main challenges facing data collection mechanisms and the unification of data sources. It also provided several recommendations aimed at improving performance and facilitating the data entry process for the ranking.
The workshop aimed to clarify the mechanisms for preparing the data required for the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings and to explain the steps for filling out the indicator tables adopted by the United Nations in assessing universities’ commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
