The Editor-in-Chief of Al-Rafidain Journal for Political Sciences Attends an Extensive Meeting Chaired by the Vice President for Scientific Affairs of the University of Mosul on Updating Academic Journals
The Vice President for Scientific Affairs of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jassim, chaired an extensive meeting on the development and updating of the university’s academic journals. The meeting was held on Sunday, 27 July 2025, and was attended by the editors-in-chief of the university’s journals. Representing the College of Political Science, Professor Dr. Adnan Khalaf Hameed, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Rafidain Journal for Political Sciences, was in attendance.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the main mechanisms adopted for updating journal interfaces and publishing methods in line with rapid global developments. The meeting also addressed the challenges and obstacles facing the journals and discussed appropriate solutions to enhance their performance and enable them to achieve high impact factors for inclusion in prestigious international indexing databases.
