In realization of the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Sixteen: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions; the Administrative Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yassin, chaired a meeting of the college’s division and unit heads on Monday, 27 October 2025.

The meeting discussed several administrative, organizational, and coordination-related topics, the most important of which were the regulation of sick and regular leaves according to the approved administrative procedures, and the monitoring of working hours, whether for attendance or temporary leave (time-off leave). Emphasis was also placed on the necessity of completing tasks within specified deadlines. Furthermore, the meeting stressed the importance of high-level cooperation and coordination among all administrative formations of the college, in order to achieve the highest levels of workflow efficiency and provide the best and most comprehensive services through the spirit of cooperation demonstrated by the college’s administration with all staff members, as this cooperation positively reflects on the overall academic, administrative, and organizational performance, God willing.
