The Administrative Assistant of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul Chairs a Workshop on Electronic Documentation and Its Implementation Mechanisms
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Four: Quality Education, and Goal Nine: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit (at the Presidency of the University of Mosul); the Administrative Assistant of the College of Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yassin, chaired a workshop on electronic documentation and its implementation mechanisms on Thursday, 18 December 2025. The workshop included a software application presentation by the Assistant Lecturer of the Public Policy Department, Ahmad Yasin Muhammad.
The workshop addressed the launch of e-government, the adoption of electronic archiving as a complementary part of paper-based transactions, as well as explaining the procedures for implementing documentation and digital documentation, highlighting their importance in developing functional work and their role in accelerating the completion of transactions and administrative tasks as a whole.
The workshop was held under the supervision of the College Dean and targeted the heads of departments and scientific and administrative units.
