Dean of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Chairs an Administrative Meeting with the Staff
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning/ Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Dean of the College of Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Ta’i, chaired an administrative meeting dedicated to the college staff on Thursday, 8 January 2026.
The meeting discussed a number of organizational and administrative issues, most notably the completion of archiving official correspondence in accordance with approved regulations, adherence to official working hours (attendance and departure), regulation of regular and time-based leave, and emphasizing the principle of strict confidentiality in the work of each division or unit, in line with applicable administrative and legal instructions. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of enhancing job discipline, institutional integration, and improving the level of administrative performance in order to improve the university work environment and provide the best administrative and academic services.
The meeting was attended by the Administrative Assistant Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Yaseen, and targeted heads of academic and administrative divisions and units, as well as all employees.
