Assistant Lecturer Ansam Salim Mahdi, a faculty member of the Public Policy Branch at our College, has published her research entitled “The System of Muhaya’a and Its Impact on the Management of Common Property” in the Tikrit University Journal of Law, Part Two of Issue No. 3, Volume No. 10, March 2026.

The research highlights the Muhaya’a system, which represents a legal arrangement used to regulate the joint utilization of commonly owned property among several partners. This system aims to prevent disputes and achieve fairness in the use and benefit of shared property.
