Under the supervision and follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Political Science, and in collaboration with the Scouting Activities Unit and the Human Rights Unit at our College, the Volunteer Work Unit carried out multiple visits to the Nineveh Branch of the Special Needs Care Departments—including the Elderly Care Home, Al-Bara’em Care Home, Al-Zuhur Care Home, Al-Amal Institute for the Deaf and Mute, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Institute—on Wednesday and Thursday, March 11–12, 2026.

During these visits, the team provided comprehensive food assistance as well as various types of sweets.
