The respected Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, Rector of the University of Mosul, awarded a Letter of Thanks and Appreciation to Lecturer Dr. Ali Bashar Bakr, a faculty member of the Department of International Relations at our college. This recognition comes in appreciation of his dedicated and sincere efforts in fulfilling his duty, which contributed to the success of the “Study in Iraq” program for the academic year (2025–2026).
