Associate Professor Dr. Abd Shater Abd Al-Rahman, a faculty member of the Department of Public Policy at our college, published his research paper titled: “The Dialectic of History and Myth: The Serbian-Albanian Conflict in Kosovo.” The paper was published in the Journal of Research of the College of Basic Education, Volume 22, Issue 2 (June 2026). This scientific contribution comes in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly (Goal 4: Quality Education).
