Associate Professor Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Abdullah, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at our college, participated as a member of the defense committee for the Ph.D. dissertation titled: “Development Policies for Empowering Post-Crisis Local Communities: The City of Sinjar Since 2017 as a Model” by the student Aya Sadiq Jumaa. The defense took place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Al-Nahrain University – College of Political Science.
