In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Eight: Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal Sixteen: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and Goal Seventeen: Partnerships for the Goals, and in cooperation with the Studies and Planning Department/ Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Dean of the College of Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jasim Al-Ta’i, conducted an inspection tour of the College’s premises on Sunday, 18 October 2026. He was accompanied by the Scientific and Administrative Assistant Deans, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Muayyad Younis and Professor Dr. Marwan Salim Ali, respectively.

The tour covered both scientific Departments, in addition to all scientific and administrative divisions and units.

The tour aimed to enable the College Deanship to gain first-hand insight into the progress of academic and administrative work, monitor job performance, and identify the needs of the College’s administrative structures. It also sought to identify obstacles that may face the teaching and administrative staff and work towards overcoming them. Meanwhile, the Deanship emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination and integration, thereby contributing to improving performance and the services provided, developing the university environment, and ultimately achieving the desired objectives, God willing.
