In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Four: Quality Education, and Goal Seventeen: Partnerships for the Goals, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, the College of Political Science launched its campaign in the Inter-University Student Information Bank Competition with an important victory over the College of Administration and Economics on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.

The competition aims to foster a spirit of positive competition among students, develop their cultural and intellectual skills, encourage their active participation in university activities, strengthen communication and interaction among students from the university’s colleges, and promote the productive use of leisure time in ways that contribute to the well-rounded development of students’ personalities.

The College is represented by four fourth-year students: Ali Nawfal Younis, Hussein Khalaf Hussein, Luqman Mohammed Amin, and Taiba Adel Hussein. The team is supervised by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr Suhaib Khalid Jasim Al-Ta’i, and supported by the follow-up and guidance of Assistant Professor Jasim Mohammed Taha, Head of the Cultural Activities Unit.
