The event was attended by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, Professor Dr. Muzahim Qasim Al-Khayyat; the Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Maseer Yassin; as well as the Presidents of the Universities of Mosul, Tikrit, Northern Technical, Al-Hamdaniya, Al-Noor, and Al-Hadbaa.
