Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Nazer Ahmed Mandeel/Faculty of Law, Tikrit University in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in our college, in addition to bearing the hardships of travel and his participation in the discussion of a master’s student in the Human Rights Law Branch Khalil Ali Khalil, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, handed it to him on behalf of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, Head of the Human Rights Law Branch.
