Master’s thesis in the private law branch on the cloud storage contract/comparative study.
On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the cloud storage contract / a comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and a number of members of the College Council and its faculty.
The thesis submitted by researcher Nizar Ali Ahmed in the private law branch dealt with the cloud storage contract, which is considered one of the cloud computing contracts and falls within the cloud accommodation contracts. It is characterized by the privacy of storing data via the Internet, and according to it, servers and infrastructure are provided by a cloud service provider, and the service provider undertakes the management and maintenance of this. Infrastructure .
The message aims to indicate that the cloud storage service provider is one of the important parties among Internet service providers, so that everyone who wants to store information in the cloud must resort to one of the cloud storage service providers for the purpose of storing this information on their servers.
The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Duha Muhammad Saeed, the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, Assistant Professor Sarah Ahmed Hamad, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad.
