College of Law

Based on University Order No. 9887/16/9 on March 19, 2024, Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of instructor to the rank of assistant professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim, has been promoted. Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, wish him more creativity and generosity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
