In continuation of the activities of the legal clinic at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Suhad Abdul-Jamal Abdul-Karim gave a lecture on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, on the methods of referring the case to the International Criminal Court, in which she addressed the definition of the International Criminal Court, its objective and personal jurisdictions, the referral mechanism, its methods and its purpose, with reference to some applications for international cases. The lecture witnessed many interventions on its topic, which were answered in detail. This lecture comes as a continuation of the series of scientific lectures of the legal clinic, which aims to enrich the theoretical aspect of our students in the fields of various legal sciences.
