College of Law

As part of a series of community celebrations and events held by the College of Law at the University of Mosul, a celebration was held on Monday, May 5, 2025, to commemorate the academic, research, and administrative efforts of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi during his tenure as Dean of the College. The celebration witnessed a distinguished presence from the University of Mosul Presidency, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamid, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in addition to the Dean of the Iraqi Academics, the Deanship of the College and its Council, academic figures from universities in Nineveh Governorate, and the College’s scientific and administrative staff. The attendees delivered several speeches praising the distinguished role of Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi in the scientific and administrative fields, in addition to discussing his academic career and his distinguished contribution to the College’s progress, both scientific and administrative. The celebration also witnessed the honoring of Dr. Wissam Nemat with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity from the College Deanship, in addition to a tribute presented by the scientific branches with in-kind gifts. Finally, the attendees wished Dear attendees, participants, and organizers of the celebration, I wish you continued success and prosperity for the attendees and all members of our college, as it is a Mosul-Iraqi scientific edifice that contributes to serving society and humanity.
