Professor Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in a visit by a delegation from the Technology Incubator Division, headed by Dr. Khansa Abdul-Ilah Ahmed, at the University of Mosul, to the Technology Incubator Division affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Minerals at the intravenous solutions factory. The visit aimed to enhance and develop scientific and industrial cooperation between institutions. The delegation was received by Dr. Ikram Abdullah Bashir, Director of the Division, who welcomed the delegation and emphasized the importance of joint cooperation in supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship system in the governorate, as well as pioneering ideas in various scientific, research, academic, and student fields.
