In appreciation of the scientific and academic efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmed Ismail from the College of Law at the University of Al-Noor, for his participation as a member of the doctoral dissertation examination committee for the student Ahmed Zaki Habib from the Public Law Branch at the College of Law, the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Ramadan Ali Al-Khattabi, honored Dr. Ahmed Ismail with a certificate of appreciation and gratitude, in recognition of his active contributions and his role in the success of the examination committee’s work.
