A lecturer from the College of Law participates in a workshop held by the Nineveh Court of Appeal on medical errors

Professor Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein Al-Badou, Professor of Civil Law at the College of Law – University of Mosul, and Head of the Central Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Mosul, participated in the workshop organized by the Nineveh Court of Appeal under the title:
“Medical Complications and Errors: Between Legal, Administrative, and Societal Challenges”
Dr. Akram’s participation took place during the second session – the legal track, which addressed the most prominent legal issues and challenges related to medical complications and errors, as well as the liabilities and implications they raise on both the legal and societal levels.
This participation comes within the framework of the academic and scholarly presence of the College of Law – University of Mosul, and aims to strengthen communication and cooperation between academic and judicial institutions, thereby contributing to enriching specialized discussions and exchanging expertise on legal issues of societal relevance.
