The Deanship of the College of Law announces, after accepting the following two students:

1. Sali Elias Khidr – PhD in Private Law

2. Hisham Kazem Khudhair – PhD in Public Law

that a number of vacant seats are available for the purpose of rotation between universities, to address critical cases (40–44) , pursuant to paragraph (2) of the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development / Postgraduate Studies Division, numbered (1210-98083) and dated September 1, 2026.

The remaining available seats are:

• 2 seats – PhD in Private Law

• 1 seat – Martyrs’ Families (Shuhada)

• 1 seat – Anfal Martyrs
