A lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participates in the discussion of a master’s thesis at the College of Law at the University of Bahrain on temporary enforcement disputes. Professor Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzi, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the master’s thesis entitled “Temporary Enforcement Disputes According to the Bahraini Enforcement Law in Civil and Commercial Matters” by researcher Muhammad Jamal Abdullah. This participation comes within the framework of strengthening academic cooperation between the two universities, contributing to the exchange of research expertise on issues related to enforcement disputes with civil and commercial dimensions, as the thesis discussed issues related to the above topics. The discussion committee commended the thesis’s methodology and importance. Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzi also emphasized the need to deepen comparative studies between Arab legal systems to serve the goals of sustainable development and promote regional integration. It is worth noting that this participation adds to a series of academic cooperation that highlights the role of the University of Mosul in building bridges of academic cooperation with Arab and international educational institutions.
