Assistant Professor Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, delivered a specialized scientific lecture on Monday, May 26, 2025, on the proceedings of the workshop entitled “Developing Legal Skills” held by the Legal Affairs Division of the College of Engineering. The lecture addressed the definition of university service employees, their rights and obligations, and the disciplinary penalties stipulated by the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991. The workshop aimed to provide legal advice and practical solutions to the problems faced by university service employees in the performance of their work, while providing a legal opinion on the matter.
