The College of Law at the University of Mosul hosted the defense of the PhD dissertation titled “Legal Actions of the Administration in the Context of Globalization – A Comparative Study” on Wednesday, 3 June 2026. The dissertation was presented by the candidate Safar Yusuf Salim in the college’s discussion hall.
