In recognition of the scholarly and academic efforts exerted by Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Lafta Ali Hamad, a faculty member at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and his participation as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee for the student Ahmed Saleh Awwad from the Public Law Branch at the College of Law, the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali Al-Khattabi, honoured Dr. Raed with a certificate of appreciation and gratitude, in acknowledgment of his effective contributions and his role in the successful conduct of the proceedings of the defense committee.
