College of Law Launches Cooperation with the United Nations to Develop Tourism Legislation

From the University of Mosul to the Global Stage…
The Deanship of the College of Law held a joint and productive meeting with the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) to explore ways and mechanisms for participating in the “Middle East Observatory for Tourism Legislation.”
The organization was represented in this meeting by the Senior Legal Expert, Dr. Sara Al-Husseini, where the legal and academic partnership was discussed to develop the legislative environment supporting the tourism sector in the region, and to enhance the College’s role as a leading scientific and legal platform contributing to the formulation of sustainable tourism policies.
This step comes within the framework of the College’s ongoing commitment to internal and external openness, and to building bridges of cooperation with international organizations in a manner that serves the aspirations of its students and researchers.
We wish our beloved College further progress and global recognition.
