A Faculty Member from the College of Law Contributes to the Development of Legal Staff at the Nineveh Health Directorate

Within the framework of enhancing the academic and community role of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Saddam Khazal, a faculty member at the College, participated in managing and delivering a specialized training and development workshop organized by the Nineveh Health Directorate over the course of 14 and 15 July, targeting the legal staff working at the directorate.
Dr. Saddam Khazal undertook the full management and implementation of the training program, with the workshop addressing three main axes focusing on the scientific and practical aspects of legal and administrative work, thereby contributing to enhancing the efficiency of legal performance and strengthening the procedures followed within health institutions.
The workshop witnessed active participation from more than 100 legal staff members working at the Nineveh Health Directorate. It included discussion sessions and scientific interventions that enriched the workshop’s topics, contributed to the exchange of expertise, and addressed the most prominent practical challenges, in addition to reviewing best practices in the field of legal drafting and administrative procedures.
This participation exemplifies the pioneering role undertaken by the faculty members of the College of Law in serving state institutions, by harnessing their academic and practical expertise in developing legal competencies, which positively reflects on the quality of institutional performance and enhances the efficiency of legal work across various sectors.
