Professor Dr. Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Rubaie, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated in the developmental training course for the purposes of promotion and upgrading, entitled “Staff Efficiency,” which is held by the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law.

Professor Dr. Ahmad Al-Rubaie delivered a lecture entitled “The Duties of the Employee under the State Employees Discipline Law and the Code of Professional Conduct,” in the course of which he addressed the most prominent functional duties incumbent upon the employee in accordance with the legal frameworks and the instructions in force, in addition to the importance of adherence to professional conduct in enhancing institutional performance.

The faculty member’s participation comes within the framework of the College of Law’s contributions to supporting training and developmental programmes and enhancing legal and functional awareness among the participants.
