For the second successive week, and under the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamaladdin Al-Ahmedy, Rector of University of Mosul, through the Students Activities Section, which is headed by Dr. Waleed Ghanim, and from the standpoint of the University’s keenness on maintaining interactivity with society, the University dispensed school bags to the orphan pupils of Al-Iraqia Primary School, Bab Al-Jadid, Mosul, within the ‘MORE BEAUTIFUL IS MY CITY’ campaign it initiated. The event, which took place on Wednesday, October 16 2019, is meant to draw the smile on the faces of the city’s martyrs’ sons and to present social and spiritual support for them. In its turn, the management of the School appreciated the initiative and the University’s support which only enhances its engagement and effective role in society.
