Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Suahail, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research awarded Director General of Research and Development Office a Document of Appreciation for publishing a research in the International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer Journal which has 4.127 Impact Factor in Clarivate and 4.84 Site Score in SCOPUS. In his turn, Dr. Ghassan thanked the Minister for his support to scholars who seek publishing their researches in the highly-reputed journals that are indexed in the international classifications. He added that the research was in collaboration with a scholar from the reputable Australian Queensland University which is 54 in Shanghai Ranking list. At the end of the interview, Dr. Ghassan concluded by saying that too busy in the administration, though, he is keen on allocating part of his time to research and to maintain communication with abroad scholars and insists to write his affiliation title as University of Baghdad in order to heighten its scientific value within the high standard international classifications.
