Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamaladdin Al-Ahmedy, and in translation of the World Awareness Month on Breast Cancer, the Medicine Branch of College of Medicine, University of Mosul holds an awareness campaign on breast cancer under the slogan “Woman… You are Life … Have the Medical Check and Reassure Us!” at the parks of the Students’ Center on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. The opening of the event was attended by a number of the deans of colleges, the organizers, students and other guests in the theatre of the Students’ Center, and it is to last for three days. After the opening ceremony, Dean of College of Medicine delivered a speech as a keynote speaker, and Dr. Aliaa AbdelAziz Najm delivered a specialist lecture. Next, Rector Qusay Al-Ahmedy opened the campaign show arranged in the parks and toured with the attendees… Worthwhile is that the 6th year students of College of Medicine paid field awareness visits to some of the colleges.
