The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Completes Preparations for Final Examinations through an Expanded Coordination Meeting

Under the direction of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Zuhair Abdulqader, held a coordination meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, with the department rapporteurs of the morning and evening studies. The meeting took place in Hall No. (1) at the college.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Scientific Affairs Unit, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Jassim Al-Khafaji, where discussions focused on preparations for the final examinations of undergraduate students beyond the first year, scheduled to commence on Sunday, May 10, 2026. Emphasis was placed on ensuring all necessary organizational and administrative requirements are in place to guarantee the success of the examination process.
During a meeting with the Media and Government Communication Unit at the college, the assistant deans stressed the importance of providing examination halls and essential logistical requirements, including drinking water and air conditioning, in addition to organizing invigilation schedules, examination committee tasks, and supplying stationery, all of which contribute to creating a suitable and well-organized examination environment.
They also emphasized the need to raise students’ awareness of adhering to the examination instructions printed in the exam booklets, in order to enhance academic discipline and reduce instances of cheating.
This meeting comes as part of the college administration’s commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and providing an appropriate environment that reflects the level of organization and academic rigor at the College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul.
