Towards a More Effective Digital Presence.. Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul Holds First Meeting to Update its Website

The Website Updating and Follow-up Committee in the Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul held its first meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Yousif Fathi, and attended by several faculty and staff members of the department, based on the directives of the college meeting dedicated to developing the websites of scientific departments.

​The meeting discussed the mechanisms for updating the department’s website in both Arabic and English, in line with the directives of the university presidency and the college deanship. This aims to reflect the scientific, academic, and research activities of the department in a manner that meets quality requirements and electronic evaluation standards.

​The attendees also addressed the auditing of data and information related to the department, the distribution of tasks among committee members, and the updating of the faculty’s CVs and researchers’ scientific links. Additionally, they discussed completing the publication of curricula, academic descriptions, and introductory profiles of the department.

​The committee emphasized the importance of continuously feeding the website with news, seminars, workshops, and research achievements, while adopting a periodic follow-up mechanism to ensure content development and enhance the academic and digital presence of the department.
