The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul Discusses a PhD Dissertation on Organizational Aesthetics and Enhancing the Lovemark Organization

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 PhD dissertation defense in Hall (1). The dissertation was entitled:
“The Role of Organizational Aesthetics in Enhancing the Dimensions of the Lovemark Organization: The Moderating Role of Work Engagement – A Survey Study of Employees’ Opinions at Al-Noor University”
The dissertation was presented by the student: Rahma Abdullah Mahmoud Ibrahim.
The study aimed to identify the role of organizational aesthetics through its dimensions (workplace aesthetics, service aesthetics, and training aesthetics) in enhancing the dimensions of the lovemark organization. It also examined the moderating role of work engagement with its dimensions (self-discipline, extra effort, and perseverance at work). The study was conducted within the context of the private higher education sector in Iraq.
Key findings of the study include:
There are significant positive correlation and impact relationships between organizational aesthetics and the lovemark organization.
The interactive (moderating) role of work engagement in strengthening this relationship is statistically significant.
A set of recommendations was proposed to support the adoption of these concepts in educational work environments.
