The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul – Department of Industrial Management hosted a PhD thesis defense on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in Discussion Hall No. 1. The thesis is titled:
“The Mediating Role of Total Quality Management Practices in the Relationship Between Green Transformational Leadership and Sustainable Manufacturing / A Field Study at Babylon Battery Factory / General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry.”
The thesis was presented by: Mohammad Munib Mahmoud Al-Dabbagh.
The study aimed to test the mediating role of Total Quality Management practices in the relationship between green transformational leadership and sustainable manufacturing in the factory under study.
The main findings of the study include:
There is a significant relationship and effect of the mediating role of Total Quality Management practices.
These practices contribute to strengthening the relationship between green transformational leadership and sustainable manufacturing.
The results support adopting Total Quality Management practices as an effective tool for achieving industrial sustainability.
