The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed a master’s thesis entitled “Digital Transformation and Its Role in Enhancing Logistics Service Quality Dimensions,” presented by student Nasser Ismail Ahmad Al-Mustafa Al-Kiki, on Monday, September 7, 2026, in the Economics Department Hall.

​The study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between digital transformation across its various dimensions and the quality of logistics services within the field of study, as well as to measure the overall impact of digital transformation as a main variable in enhancing logistics service quality dimensions.

​The study arrived at several conclusions, most notably that the digital transformation strategies at the company under study were at a good level, reflecting an awareness among the surveyed individuals regarding the importance of digital transformation and its role in workplace development. Furthermore, the analysis results demonstrated the presence of logistics service quality dimensions in the study’s medical stores at good levels and varying proportions, confirming employees’ realization of the importance of these dimensions and their role in achieving beneficiary satisfaction and raising company performance.
