Under the supervision of the Division of Reconstruction and Projects of University of Mosul, the accomplishing constructions company commences the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the burned-to-ashes building of the Central Library. The works include civil, electrical, mechanical as well as architectural efforts, which are planned for to restore the character of the Library in a trending design. It is worthwhile that this library used to host thousands of students and scholars a year, who benefit of its rich shelves in various fields with millions of manuscripts, books, theses and dissertations, journals and periodicals, many of which are rare and original. The Library was victimized by the terrorist gangs of Da’esh.
